  Bad service and not a very tasty lunch. I will not be eating there again. Wait time was way longer than initially given. I kept hearing, it'll be just a few more minutes for 10 extra minutes. And when I complained about waiting 10 minutes longer the cashier said "well I told them to have it ready at this time, so it's only 3 minutes late." Which the clocks we're all saying different times and not one was correct. So when I mentioned I had called a half hour ago (before the 10 minutes of standing around) she said "well we're busy, things happen". I've been behind the counter with many oders at once, I know how stressful it is, but when you keep someone waiting longer than told with only rude comments about them, that customer gets a little upset. Problem is, not only did I wait long enough for my french fries to be cold but I was also given a very rude and nasty attitude for questioning why it was taking so long when I was told 20 mins on the phone. Oh and I noticed people who ordered after me had walked out with their food as I was still standing there. Playing favorites is not good for business.
